By registering I hereby acknowledge that I agree to allow use of any photographs or video taken of me at the event to appear in Out There Conference marketing materials, in print and digital formats, for advertising, publicity and promotional use.
I acknowledge that photographs or video of me may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which photographs or video of me appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image.
